The mission of the Palo Verde Valley Community Improvement Fund (PVVCIF) is to facilitate the economic growth and development of the Palo Verde Valley region to mitigate the economic impacts of the Land Management, Crop Rotation and Water Supply Program and provide jobs and economic opportunities for the residents of the Palo Verde Valley within the area serviced by the Palo Verde Irrigation District within the State of California, and below the Palo Verde Diversion Dam. The purpose of the PVVCIF is to effectively oversee and utilize the mitigation funds allocated by Metropolitan for the purpose of mitigating the adverse effects of the Program on the Palo Verde Valley region by supporting economic growth in the Palo Verde Valley. Specific areas of interest include economic development, community development, job creation for displaced and disadvantaged workers, and related vocational training programs to enhance the job skills of residents of the Palo Verde Valley region. The PVVCIF is additionally charged as part of its agreements with the PVID and Metropolitan to seek (and disburse) other funds for the benefit of the Palo Verde Valley.


















Our goal is to partner with other lending sources and professional organizations in order to assist our clients in expanding or creating their own businesses. We are specifically committed to providing grants and loans that result in public benefit, economic development, job creation, education and vocational training programs to enhance job skills, particularly for workers displaced and disadvantaged by the Land Management Crop Rotation and Water Supply Program.​
